For deliveries within mainland UK we use both Royal Mail and a delivery company and so have a few different delivery options. The size and weight of the products will determine which delivery options are available to you. If more than one option is available you can choose between the options depending on how quickly you would like to receive the products and the cost of delivery.
For all small products you will be able to choose between Royal Mail, which will take between 3-5 days and our delivery company, which offers next day delivery (excluding weekend delivery) provided the order is made before 12pm. We do not offer next day delivery for products to be delivered at the weekend so products ordered after 12pm on a Thursday will not arrive until the following Monday.
For all medium items and orders we use our delivery company, which means you will be able to get next day delivery (excluding weekend delivery). We do not offer next day delivery for products to be delivered at the weekend so products ordered after 12pm on a Thursday will not arrive until the following Monday and products ordered after 12pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
At Christmas or when there is severe weather conditions deliveries may take slightly longer than stated. We understand this is frustrating but we will do our best to make sure things are not too delayed.
Furniture and items/orders in excess of 30kg, provided the item(s) is in stock, will be dispatched within 48 hrs of receiving your order, Monday to Thursday. Delivery will then take between 2-4 working days. If the order is placed after 12pm on a Friday, over the weekend or on a bank holiday it will be dispatched early the following week.
we will contact customers following checkout to inform you of the cost and time of delivery, once confirmed the cost will be added to your debit/credit card. Alternatively, you can contact us prior to checkout to receive a quote.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday 9 – 5pm. If your order is placed after 12pm on a Friday, over the weekend or on a bank holiday, your item(s) will be shipped on the following Monday, or Tuesday in the case of Bank holidays, provided it is not furniture or does not weigh more than 30kg, in which case the order will be dispatched within 48hrs of the start of the working week.
All orders of products that are in stock, that require next day delivery, must be received before 12pm GMT on a Thursday. We are currently not offering a Saturday delivery service with our delivery company.

We really hope you love your order but if for some reason you need to return the order we have set out our returns policy below.
If you want to return an order you must contact us within 7 working days after receiving the order, this must be done in writing (including email).
The order must be returned to us within 10 working days of receipt of the order and the items must be in the same condition in which you received them, goods must be unused, with all tags still attached and in the same condition in which you received them.
We will refund any returned items in full, including the cost of delivery to the customer, as long as they are returned as above and are not sale items (i.e. those items with a reduced price) or items which were subject to a free shipping offer. Sale items can only be returned for a credit note, a monetary refund is not available. Items that have been sold subject to a free shipping offer will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. Our delivery costs are detailed above.
The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and we recommend you use registered delivery and keep a receipt as we cannot accept responsibility for orders lost or damaged in transit by a third party and so you will be liable for any damage or loss.
