You can place an order on the website 24 hours a day but if you want to talk to us then our office hours are currently 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.
We want to focus on handmade products as we appreciate the skill, dedication and work that go into making them, therefore the majority of our products are handmade. However, we do have a few items that are not handmade or not made entirely by hand, where this is the case we will try to make it as clear as possible. If you have any questions about a specific product please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to respond to your query as soon as possible.

During the checkout process there is a box to enter your gift card or voucher details and this will then automatically be updated and included in your order summary.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in contact with us within 7 working days of receipt of your products. The full details of our returns policy is outlined on our Delivery & Returns page and detailed within our Terms & Conditions.
If you forget your login password, please click on Log In at the top right of the page and then enter your email address into the “Registered Customers” section, click on the “Forgot my password” button and follow the instructions.
If you need to change your address or any other information on your account, log in to your account and you will see an option to update your details. If you encounter any problems you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If for some reason you no longer wish to receive our newsletter you can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link on the newsletter. All orders are debited in full at the time of the order.
We accept Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa, Maestro and Mastercard through Sage Pay and we also accept payment through Pay Pal.
Payment for all products ordered on our Website is made using either SagePay’s secure payment gateway or Pay Pal and we do not at any time gain access to your credit/debit card details, we only gain access to your name, email and other contact details, including your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfil your order.If you choose to carry out the transaction using Sage Pay, they will handle the transaction on our behalf, if you choose to carry out the transaction using Pay Pal, they will handle the transaction on our behalf. Sage Pay encrypt every transaction using 128-bit SSL certificates. Once on their system, Sage Pay secure all sensitive data using 256-bit encryption standards. Pay Pal use firewalls and securely store and encrypt your personal and financial information on their servers located in the United States. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will look into it immediately. The vast majority of our parcels are tracked so we will be able to resolve any problems quickly for you.
Smaller items will either be sent by Royal Mail or our delivery company. If an item is sent via Royal mail and you are not in they will leave you a card and take the parcel to your local postal depot where you can collect it at your convenience. Our delivery company will attempt to deliver 3 times but if you are not available on the three attempts the parcel will be returned to the delivery company who will contact us and we will then contact you to rearrange delivery. Delivery of larger items such as furniture will be booked with you directly.

If your item is in stock and we receive your order before 12pm and you choose next day delivery, we will get your order out that day and you should receive it the next day. If we receive your order after 12pm your order will be processed the following day and you will receive it the day after that using our next day delivery option. If you choose one of our other delivery options it will normally take between 2-5 working days for your parcel to arrive.
