Ding is a porcelain pendant named after the sound of bells ringing. The shape of the handmade pendant light is a stripped down expression of a temple bell. The most distinctive aspect of these pendants is found in the highly detailed work of how they hang. Each lamp is finished with a hand woven cotton cord to create a unique handle from which the lamp gets suspended by a 3 metre adjustable rope. A bold and fresh design, this porcelain pendant will command a space whether it's on its own or in a group. The shape of the light lends itself beautifully to hang in the kitchen, living room, above a dining table or in a hallway. With its contemporary and unique look, Ding is well suited for both home decor and retail environments. Designed by Julie Progin, Jesse Mc Lin and Benjamin Salabay of Hong Kong based designed company, Latitude 22n.
